Title: Moroccan Restaurant in Fez – Guest Table

At Riad Fès Baraka, the cooking is prepared by Samira. Every morning, she prepares the Moroccan breakfast; for dinner, she cooks traditional dishes from Fez and Morocco using fresh market produce.

Breakfast

Included with your stay, breakfast is served each morning in the patio or on the terrace. Three Moroccan specialities have a particularly important place:

Msemen: a square, flaky Moroccan pancake.

Baghrir: a light, spongy pancake recognisable by its thousand holes.

Harcha: a round flatbread made with maize or wheat semolina.

They are served with beldi bread, homemade cake, honey, jams, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and fresh orange juice.

Dinner

In the evening, Samira offers a daily menu consisting of two starters, a main course and a dessert. Depending on the menu, it may include tajines, couscous and Moroccan salads.

Depending on the season, dinner is served in the patio, on the terrace or, in winter, in the reception area beside the fireplace.

The menu costs 150 MAD (approximately €15) per adult and 90 MAD (approximately €9) for children under 12. Dinner must be booked in the morning so that Samira can buy the necessary ingredients at the market.
