A small group workshop in the Riad's kitchen

To guarantee an intimate experience and high-quality learning, each session is organized in small groups in the Riad's authentic kitchen. Step by step, you will learn traditional techniques and the correct spice blends to prepare two cornerstones of Moroccan cuisine:

  • A typical starter: such as the famous cooked Moroccan salads (Zaalouk, Taktouka).
  • A major Moroccan main dish: the art of making a perfectly simmered Tajine or the mythical traditional Couscous.

The tasting during a convivial dinner

After the exertion, it's time for relaxation and sharing! At the end of each session, the budding chefs gather to enjoy the delicious dishes they've prepared themselves. This convivial dinner is the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas in the soothing atmosphere of the patio or our rooftop terrace.
